Short answer: Obviously not.
Long answer: Shortly before Christmas I attempted to make an instant deposit deposit on Matchbook's site. I typed in the wrong amount and a glitch arose so that I wasn't able to use that method until it was fixed.
Ok. Nothing happened over Christmas weekend which was understandable, I guess. For about a week after that Matchbook was trying to fix the glitch. Finally, I was told by email that they were sure the problem would be fixed "tomorrow". No email the next day. I contacted them. Glitch still...
